1. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Receiving an electronic or other order confirmation doesn’t confirm our acceptance of your order or imply our offer to sell. POWERLABS retains the right, upon receiving your order, to accept or decline it for any reason. We may refuse any order without providing a specific reason. Rest assured, if such a situation arises, we’ll promptly inform you without delay.
2. RETURNS
Please make your selection thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect decisions. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, or not as described, we’re happy to provide an exchange or refund. To initiate an exchange or return, please notify us within 1 week of the purchase date, accompanied by valid proof of purchase (such as your e-invoice).
For exchanges of unopened products purchased via our POWERLABS “Contact” page, please reach out to our customer service team. Kindly note, customers are responsible for any return freight charges, and additional shipping fees may apply, if necessary.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for clearance or special items; all sales of these items are final.
